How booking works

1. Tell us what you want. WhatsApp, email, or the form on any tour page. Send your dates, your group size, and anything you would like changed.

2. We confirm the details. Departure point, timings, transfers, the final price, and the deposit and cancellation terms for your trip — all in writing before you pay anything. These differ from trip to trip, so we set out the ones that apply to yours rather than asking you to read a policy that may not.

3. A deposit holds your date. On a private charter that is 50%, with the balance due no later than 48 hours before you sail. Other trips differ, and we will tell you which applies to yours.

4. Then you just turn up. Be at the departure point ten minutes before the time we have given you.

Paying

Bank transfer, Wise, or card (4% fee).

If the weather turns

If conditions mean a trip cannot run safely, we tell you as early as we can and you choose: move it to another date, or take a full refund. That call is ours to make, and we would rather move a trip than put you on a boat in the wrong conditions.

Light rain on its own is not a cancellation. Without strong winds or high waves, trips go ahead as planned.

If you need to cancel

If you cancel within seven days of the trip date, the deposit is not refunded. Some trips carry different terms, set by the operator running them, and yours are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Who you are booking with

Paradise Travel Tours Co., Ltd — a Thai registered company (0845566000421), licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand under licence 43/01405. All guests are covered by passenger insurance with Tokio Marine, policy 4680358593. We will send you the licence, registration and insurance certificates before you book if you would like to see them.
