About Experience

Bring a professional Thai chef into your own villa kitchen and spend an afternoon or evening cooking the dishes Thailand is famous for, hands-on and from scratch, with the chef beside you the whole way. Everything comes to you: the fresh market ingredients, the equipment, the pestle and mortar, the wok and the heat.

Pound your own curry paste, balance the sweet, sour, salty and hot that defines real Thai food, and watch a stir-fry come alive in a smoking wok. You'll cook several dishes from one of three set menus, from fragrant curries to mango sticky rice, then sit down at your own table and eat everything you've made.

It's completely private, just your group and the chef, with the pace and the menu shaped around you. Dietary requirements and special requests are easily accommodated with a little notice.
