The small-group boutique tour costs 5,450 THB per adult snorkeller, 2,950 THB per child (aged 4 to 12) and 6,950 THB per diver. Private tours start from 35,000 THB per boat.

What's the difference between the group, small-group and private tours?
The group speedboat tour takes up to 40 guests. The boutique tour takes a maximum of 14 guests (up to 12 adults, plus children aged 4 to 12), starts later to avoid the crowds, and includes kayaking and the park fee. A private tour gives your group its own speedboat, crew and guide, for up to 40 guests.
How long does it take to get to Ang Thong from Koh Samui?
Around an hour by speedboat. The park is about 30 kilometres from Koh Samui.
Can you see the Emerald Lake?
Yes. The group and boutique tours include the walk up to the Emerald Lake (Talay Nai) viewpoint on Koh Mae Koh, and private tours can include it too.
Where do the tours leave from?
Group and boutique tours leave from Bangrak Pier, and private tours usually from Bophut, depending on the season. Return hotel transfers are included on all three.
Is kayaking included?
Kayaking is included on the boutique tour. On group and private tours, kayaks cost 500 THB each and seat two people.
Is Ang Thong open all year?
The national park usually closes for November each year during the monsoon season. Exact dates are set by the park authorities, and we'll let you know if your dates are affected.
When is the best time to visit Ang Thong?
Seas are usually calmest from February to September. October to December is the rainy season, when the park usually closes for November and some trips are rescheduled. See our Koh Samui weather guide.
