About Experience

Paradise Travel & Tours plans and runs corporate retreats, team-building days, company offsites and incentive trips across Koh Samui and its neighbouring islands. We are based here, so a local team designs and delivers your programme on the ground, not remotely from abroad.

We handle the whole stay. From the airport welcome to the farewell dinner, we arrange the accommodation, the transfers, the activities, the dining and the downtime, then run it day to day on the island. You brief us once, and your own organisers can focus on the people and the agenda instead of chasing a dozen local suppliers across a seven-hour time difference.

We work with company teams and leadership groups travelling for a retreat or offsite, HR and sales teams rewarding top performers with an incentive trip, and the travel agents, event planners and DMCs who need a dependable partner on the ground in Koh Samui. Programmes run from small executive retreats of around ten guests up to larger groups, shaped around your dates, budget and objectives.

Koh Samui has no single dominant destination management company the way Bangkok or Phuket do, so reliability varies widely from supplier to supplier. We have spent more than a decade building and curating a network we trust, and we stand behind every part of the programme we run. You get one point of contact on the island who answers quickly and is there in person on the day.

Do you organise corporate retreats and team building in Koh Samui?
Yes. We plan and run corporate retreats, team-building days, company offsites and incentive trips on Koh Samui and the nearby islands, as a licensed local operator.

Are you a local company?
Yes. We are based on Koh Samui and licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (43/01405), with more than a decade on the island.

How large a group can you handle?
From small executive retreats of around ten guests up to larger groups through our curated network. Tell us your numbers and we will advise honestly on what suits.

Do you arrange the accommodation?
Yes. We arrange and coordinate it for you: private villas, boutique hotels or a full resort buy-out, matched to your group and budget, and managed alongside the rest of the programme.

What team-building activities do you offer?
Island-hopping challenges, fishing competitions, Thai cooking classes, Muay Thai, beach and water activities, and give-back projects such as beach clean-ups. We shape the day around your group's goals.

Can you arrange incentive trips?
Yes. We design reward trips for sales teams and top performers, balancing island days, dining and downtime.

Do you handle transfers and transport?
Yes. Airport transfers, private group transport around Koh Samui for the whole stay, and Full Moon Party transfers to Koh Phangan.

What does it cost?
It depends on group size, length and what is included. We work to your budget and send a costed outline after your enquiry.

Which areas do you cover?
Koh Samui and its neighbours: Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, Ang Thong Marine Park and the Southern Islands. We do not operate in Phuket or Krabi.

When should we book?
As early as you can for peak season, December to March. April to June and October to November are quieter, with better availability and value.
