CANCELLATION POLICY

Inclement Weather Conditions:

If the current or forecasted weather for your departure date prevents us from having a safe and enjoyable experience, you will be informed as early as possible that the trip is cancelled, and you may opt to cancel for a full refund or reschedule. This decision will made solely by Paradise Travel and Tours.

Please note that in the event of light rain without strong winds, high waves, or continuous heavy rainstorms, we will not cancel tours as it does not prevent us from having an enjoyable and safe experience.

Cancellation that has been made by Paradise Travel and Tours due to unforeseen circumstances:

A full refund will be made and any fees paid returned.

If cancelled by the customer, the following will apply:

Customer Cancellation:

In case where the customer cancels his booking less than 7 days before the trip date, the trip deposit payment will not be refunded.

Failing to pay the remaining 50% balance at least 48 hours before the trip date will be deemed to be a cancellation of the trip by the customer. The initial 50% booking deposit will not be refunded.

Prices can be changed without prior notice.

PAYMENT TERMS 

Private Charters: 50% deposit to confirm booking, with 50% remaining balance to be paid no later than 48 hours before the trip date.

Payment in bank transfer, Wise (3%) or payment link (5%)
